Aluminum oxide hollow sphere bricks are mainly made of aluminum oxide hollow spheres and aluminum oxide powder, combined with other binders, and fired at a high temperature of 1750 degrees Celsius. The service temperature can reach 1800 degrees Celsius, and the mechanical strength of the product is high, several times that of general lightweight products, while the bulk density is only half of that of corundum products.
It has been widely used in high-temperature and high-temperature kilns such as gasification furnaces in the petrochemical industry, carbon black industrial reaction furnaces, and induction furnaces in the metallurgical industry, achieving very satisfactory energy-saving effects.
Alumina hollow sphere bricks have a fire resistance of over 1750 degrees, good thermal stability, low rate of change in re firing line, and durability. Strong insulation properties and low thermal conductivity. Aluminum oxide hollow sphere bricks can be used in high-temperature energy-saving reverse flame kilns, shuttle kilns, molybdenum wire furnaces, tungsten rod furnaces, induction furnaces, nitriding furnaces, etc.
